Grace By Example Weekly Prayer
Dear Lord,
Today marks Day 678 since Hurricane Helene. We lift up a kind older gentleman who lost his home, all his belongings, his utility buildings, and the machinery and tools inside them. Thank You for giving Grace By Example the privilege of serving families who lost everything in Hurricane Helene. Thank You also for allowing us to help rebuild homes alongside large established faith-based nonprofits such as Samaritan’s Purse and Baptists on Mission. We are grateful for the role You have given us as we work with these organizations, which are doing incredible work for the people of western North Carolina. Lord, help Grace By Example to continue building transformational relationships that reflect the love of Christ with the families we are blessed to serve. Their faith, courage, determination, and resilience have impacted us far more than we could ever impact them. It has truly been life changing.
Please help us to continue to live such verses as Matthew 22: 36-39, Hebrews 11:8, and Galatians 6:9.
